Additions
- Improved Interface to show a log of events in real time for analysis after executing the program
- Decided Files with blank ID3 Meta Tags should be left untouched and that fixing the Tags shall be at users request to avoid data corruption.

- #1 Skips some .mp3 with invalid meta data / ID3 values
- #2 Larger Conversions or Mass conversion can cause lockup and crash - stick to smaller batches
